If you want any action in your business…you need to tell people what to do.
Period.
In your business, you set the tone.
You set the standard.
You set the precedent.
You are the leader.
People need to be trained.
People need to be led.
People need to be influenced.
No one will do more in your business than you do for yourself.
You need to tell people what you do, what you offer, what you’re selling.
You can’t be shy, timid, or small.
Because people will NOT go out of their way to take action.
You have to make that expectation clear.
